Kelley D. Hamilton is a Salem, Oregon businessman and the owner of Bonaventure Senior Living, an assisted living facility providing a home away from home for retirees. As CEO, Kelley D. Hamilton oversees the operations of more than 4,400 units in five different states, soon to expand to a sixth state. This includes everything from human resources to working on building construction strategies. At the end of 2012, Kelley D. Hamilton reported that Bonaventure Senior Living boasts a 95 percent satisfaction rate with residents and their families.
After graduating from Portland State University with a dual major in business administration and finance, Kelley D. Hamilton began working in real estate appraisal. As a Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) appraiser, Kelley D. Hamilton prepared appraisals and managed the Portland office of Lyon, Skelte, and Associates.
Kelley D. Hamilton currently serves as CEO of Bonaventure Senior Living, a group of assisted living facilities located throughout the northwest. There, Kelley D. Hamilton has helped the company grow to 37 communities with thousands of units in six different states. Kelley D. Hamilton is currently directing Bonaventure’s expansion into Colorado, with a new set of units to be located in Colorado Springs.
In his capacity as CEO of Bonaventure Construction, Kelley D. Hamilton is dedicated to finding locations for future growth in the five states currently served by Bonaventure. This expansion will provide more homes for retirees and seniors, Kelley D. Hamilton says. Bonaventure Senior Living also provides Memory Care in some of its locations, with seniors living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia having a place that they can receive assistance with their specialized needs.
